General Terms and Conditions (AGB)

§ 1 Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts concluded between Joshua Schulz-Andres Modding and consumers or business customers via this online store.

§ 2 Contract Conclusion

The presentation of products in our online shop is not a binding offer but an invitation to place an order.

By clicking the "Order with Obligation to Pay" button, you place a binding order for the items in your shopping cart. The contract is concluded with our order confirmation.

Immediate confirmation of receipt and order details will be provided via email and on the order confirmation screen.

§ 3 Retention of Title

The delivered goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

§ 4 Warranty and Liability

Statutory warranty rights apply. For consumers in the European Union, the statutory warranty period is two years from delivery of the goods.

§ 5 Digital Goods

For software templates, license keys, and eBooks, access is granted immediately upon successful authorization of payment.
